Workplace topic for the week...
Does love really exist? Or are we fascinated with the concept of love which none of us will ever experience?
Just for the record...I am a total believer in the concept of LOVE! The questions above are based on a dialog exchange I experienced on another blog.

Yes, love does exist. Without love we have nothing!
Does love really exist? Does God exist? God is love! John 3:16- "For God so love the world that he gave his only begotten Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life." If you have an authentic intimate relationship with Christ, then you know that love really does exist. He teaches us how to love others unconditionally. We can't love others without his love and strength.
He is the lover of my soul. I can't live without him. SWOGOD ;)
Of course love exists, look around you. People who feel that love doesn't exist feel that love in the realm of woman to man relationships does not exist because they have not experienced it. Many have become cynical and bitter about relationships and their pain is what causes them to ask that question. I believe it exists wholeheartedly because not only is God love, but He has placed many wonderful couples in my life that prove that love,real love exists! Of course it hurts when you desire to share love with that special man/woman that was set aside just for you, but you have yet to be conneected to that special one. But what are you going to do? Just keep it bottled up inside until he/she comes? Find a way to pour out your love on those who truly need to feel love right now. Step outside of yourself. You'd be surprised at how things begin to turn around when you take the focus off of self. Remember, God so loved the world that he GAVE.....we love HIM because He FIRST loved us. Perhaps God is trying to tell us if we GIVE FIRST then we are sure to receive. KG
Yeah, it exists. I believe that there are many different levels to love.
And that love comes in many different flavors, like ice cream! *smile*
I agree with tiffany that there are many different levels to love, but from a human perspective. I believe from God's, there is only one level...Unconditional Love...
I was speaking from a human perspective.
God loves us with an Unconditional Love... an Agape Love!
But on the human perspective, it's like the 36 flavors at Baskin Robbins!
